What To Expect
Initial Consultation
For your first visit, you will meet 1 on 1 with one of our Doctors to connect and discuss your health needs and goals.
During this time we will ask you to detail your health history, any specific needs, and your goals for care so that we can figure out the best way to help you.
We will then perform a thorough assessment of your spine and nervous system including:
Digital Posture and Squat Assessment
Functional Movement Analysis
Neuro-Spinal Examination
3 Objective Nervous System Scans
1 Complete Chiropractic Adjustment
Report of Findings and Personalized Care Plan
Following your Initial Consultation, your Chiropractor will have gained a lot of information about the functioning of your spine and nervous system. Your second appointment is called the Report of Findings, because this is where we will sit down with you and explain in detail:
What is the cause
How we can help
How long it should take
Personalized Care Plan to get there
Progress Exams and Wellness Care
After set number of visits to the office, we will perform a re-Examination similar to the Initial Exam. Here we can assess the progress and adaptations that have been made under Chiropractic Care. We will determine the effectiveness of our approach, frequency of visits, and home care recommendations and decide how to proceed from this point forward.
Looking to receive care for the whole family? We are happy to discuss our special family rates when you visit the office! We look forward to helping you on your healing journey.

It is recommended, but not required, to wear comfortable athletic clothing for the Initial Exam. Unrestrictive clothing will allow for a more accurate assessment of your movement.

During our examination process, we are gathering information to determine how effective your brain and body are at communicating via the nervous system. We then develop a plan of care to meet your specific needs and goals. Once we have reviewed and discussed the exam findings and plan, you will receive your first adjustment.

We are an out-of-network Chiropractic office. Depending on your insurance coverage, we can provide a “superbill”. A superbill is similar to a receipt that provides all of the diagnostic codes for your insurance company to reimburse you for our services.
