Dr. Zack Soufl, D.C.

I grew up in the South Bay for a majority of my life. I played many sports such as: soccer, basketball, football, lacrosse, golf, jiu-jitsu as well as skateboarding, snowboarding, bodyboarding, and running. This cross-training was very beneficial for my overall ability as an athlete in any sport and primed me for a very adaptive life. After completing high school, I chose to continue playing soccer in college at the University of Tampa, in Florida. I trained hard and played even harder while I was competing and soon worked my way into the role of team captain. At the same time, I was completing my Bachelors in Science: Human Performance. This allowed me to spend my free time in the Human Performance Lab testing and working on athletic performance of athletes and weightlifters of various types.

Upon completing my undergraduate career, I worked as a chiropractic assistant locally, before beginning my Doctorate at Life West in Northern California. I took the same approach in graduate school, pushing myself physically and mentally. I studied many techniques diligently and trained the physical art of adjusting as much as I could. Training the art of Chiropractic turned out to be a lot more than I had expected. It forced me to work on myself, in every aspect, in order to create a safe and open space to allow others to be seen fully. I am grateful for the training and searching that I began in school, as it has allowed me to serve my community at a very high level. I am glad to be back in the South Bay, sharing my favorite form of holistic healing with you.
